On lead Dogs are welcome. Children also welcome although please respect the privacy of our surroundings and fellow campers. On-site garden games are also available to keep them busy!

There are two pubs within walking distance of our site, including a popular foodie pub with great family facilities “The Duke William “ Only a short 15 minute walk along the bridleway, and another a 15 minute walk into the village.

Visit two of our local Zoos (both within 6 minute drives) and if you’re lucky listen to the sound of monkeys and elephants as the sun goes down!

And not only that – we are only 15 minutes to the beautiful village of Sandwich!

You can also rent individual firepits, buy logs and kindling so you can grill up a barbecue outside your own tent if you’d rather not do too much mingling.

Pick up meat for the grill at the convenient farm shop (five minutes’ drive).

If you’d prefer to abandon cooking altogether, you’ll never be short of somewhere to eat and drink, as there are loads of pubs within 10-minutes’ drive and neighbouring rural villages, Preston, Wingham , Bekesbourne, Ickham and Wickhambreaux.
